Genarlow Wilson: Prosecutor's actions outrageous

Latest update, 7/13/07: The callous nature in which the videotaped evidence has been handled by Douglas County District Attorney David McDade is simply another miscarriage of justice in the case of Genarlow Wilson. The continued showing of the videotape is turning Genarlow Wilson from a young man into an object to be vilified and hated. The U.S. Justice Department has suggested that McDade violated federal law by releasing copies of the tape to state legislators and media personnel. Read more...
